Spectrum describes the Xumo Stream Box as live TV, On Demand titles, movies and top streaming apps in one place: a voice remote that searches live TV, On Demand and apps at once; the Spectrum TV App built in; it plugs into almost any TV. It sits at the end of the same chain as any streaming device: if a stream stutters on it, four questions separate the plan from the WiFi path, the device and the service, and the speed test measures what reaches the room it sits in.
